Tailscale
Reach your own computers from the car, wherever it is. Sign in by scanning the QR code with your phone; the code stays up afterwards, so close it: you are signed in.
Testing nextHow to get it
- On your car's screen, open LocalStore and go to App store.
- Find Tailscale under Apps and tap Install. If Aurora Store isn't on the car yet, LocalStore installs it first.
- Aurora Store opens on Tailscale. Tap Install there. The first time, Aurora asks how to sign in: anonymous works.
- Installs are allowed for up to 10 minutes, and locked again as soon as Tailscale lands. It appears in your apps when it's done.
Tailscale comes from Google Play, downloaded by your car through Aurora Store. We don't host or sell it. Updates come through Aurora Store too.
About Tailscale
Tailscale (https://tailscale.com/) joins the car to your own private network, so it can reach your home or office machines from anywhere. Tested on our EX2 on 6 November 2026, installed from Google Play through Aurora Store. Signing in works by scanning the QR code with your phone. After you sign in, nothing changes on the car's screen and the QR code stays up: close it, and the app is signed in.
